Our Pricing

Below you'll find a guide to pricing our services, there are a couple of options, we can either come to you and fix you up on site, or, we can pick the item up from you and take it back to our workshop then deliver it back to you when it's ready.

It's not a comprehensive list of everything we do, so if there's something else you need, like us to build you a new pc etc. just give us a call or drop us a mail.

If you would like a Support Contract for your company or for home please ask us to quote.

Standard Charges
Our hourly rate includes travelling inside a 10 mile radius of Heacham, an extra charge may apply outside this radius. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm		£40.00 per hour or part thereof for first hour, then charged by the half hour.
Pick up/drop off service		£10.00 to cover pick-up or delivery.
Evenings and Weekends (After 5.00pm)		Add an additional £10.00 to the hourly rate
Telephone Support/Remote Support		Prices start at £20.00 for 30 minutes or part thereof
iPod Battery Replacement		From £45.00 inc. battery
Hard Drive data wipe		£30.00

Guideline Repair/Upgrade Times (Mac/PC).
Virus and Spyware Removal		1-2 Hours
Processor/Motherboard Upgrade		1-3 Hours
Hard Drive Installation - including partition & formatting		1-2 Hours
Windows Installation* - including. all MS critical security updates, AVG Anti Virus & Anti Spyware included. The time may increase if you want us to install any additional software or backup and retrieve any existing files from your system.		2-4 Hours *users must have disks, COA
Power Supply		1 Hour
CD/DVD Drive Installation		1 Hour
Modem Installation		1 Hour
Sound/Video/Network Card Install		1 Hour
Printer Install		1 Hour
Memory Upgrade		1 Hour
